I would not send my dog there. I was there for rehabilitation, and I received nothing. Toilet was stopped up the whole two weeks I was there. Food was awful, something every morning. I told them I was only there for rehab but the lady said we'll talk about that in one hundred and twenty days. When my Drs. Appointment came around I told him what was happening and what they said, and he told me to go home. They ran out of my medicine and wouldn't let me call anyone. Hate the place. Seen what goes on there. And it isn't good.

I was so ashamed to see the care a women i know that is close to me for 30 years, her daughter is my best friend. And to visit for this women's husband had passed and see the women's condition my heart was broken. She had no clue she was having a memorial for the loss of her husband, for she was so drugged up. She smelled horrible as if no one had given her a bath. She just stared at people as if she just was asking why are these people here. I am ashamed to say this is what this facility does to our loves ones who pay outrages money to be taken care of. Please before you take your lived ones here, please do extensive background checks. Thank God the family pulled her out.

If I had to recommend a care facility to a friend, I would have no problem recommending St Joe Manor.

The staff is very rude! Completely unprofessional. In particular the Administration is lacking in people skills and the administrator herself is not only rude but has an attitude that is in direct contrast to a publicly utilized care facility! I feel sorry for any family that still has a relative in their care!

I am surprised to see the low ratings of this place on Google. I have had nothing but a good experience here. My mother fell and broke her hip about a year ago and since then has been in 5 different facilities. Mainly due to the fact that she continues to fall and the doctor keeps sending her to different rehab facilities. But of the 5 she has been in, this one has taken the best care of her. The nurses seem to care and keep in constant contact with us. They escort her to her doctors appointments and call us (even after shifts have ended) to update us on things we need to know.

I do NOT recommend using this company!!!! My grandparents were there for approximately 4 months. We would visit weekly, sometimes a couple times a week. My grandma never looked bathed, smelled and I asked every time I was there to please give her a bath! Once she had soiled herself and soaked her clothes and chair and all they did was change her depends!!!!! Left her in her soaked pants and put a towel over her chair! They purposely over meditated her so they would not have to "deal" with her. We finally were able to get her out after my grandpa passed away and she had sores and rawness from not being washed properly! I remember my grandparents also saying the food was cold and tasted horrible! My grandpa was a veteran so he was not a picky eater and was rarely unsatisfied. He was a gem and it was so sad to see them taken care of so poorly!!!! As if that isn't disturbing enough some of my grandmas jewellery was stolen and staff had snooped into my grandpas personal affects! This place is beyond horrible! Do your lived one and yourself a favor, DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE!!!! :'(
