This is a private gated community. Land is cheap but a majority of it is undeveloped. Roads are maintained by the community. And a well probably be need for water as there is not access to public/city water. You can not access Timberline unless you are a property owner, or one calls you in. You can camp or r.v. year round, or build a house. Land is usually 1/3 acre, and costs are anywhere from just a few hundred dollars to teens of thousands depending on developments.
I love Lake Timberline. We own lots and camp. The kids enjoy swimming and fishing. We have made great friends there.
